Refund policy – King’s Jewelry and Loan does not exchange or issue refunds on any merchandise. All special order items do not qualify for King’s Jewelry and Loan’s regular trade in or loan back policy. King’s Jewelry and Loan does not exchange, issue refunds, or give credit on special order items.
Warranty Policy – All jewelry (except for watches) is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material for one year after the date of purchase (Exception items sold as is condition or existing defects as described on sales invoice). In order to maintain the warranty, the jewelry must be inspected every six months by King’s Jewelry and Loan. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the customer. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item at the discretion of King’s Jewelry and Loan. Any work done by a jeweler other than King’s Jewelry and Loan voids the warranty.
Trade in policy – King’s Jewelry and Loan will grant a full credit of merchandise (sales tax excluded), for up to 12-months from the date of purchase, as long as the new item that is purchased is at least 60% greater in price than the price of the trade in. New purchase may not be placed on layaway. All trade-ins must be accompanied by an original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in the condition as when sold. A trade in may only be applied towards a single item of greater value. After 12-months the trade-in value of items purchased will be at the discretion of King’s Jewelry and Loan. Custom orders and final sale items do not qualify for trade in.
Loan policy – King’s Jewelry and Loan guarantees to loan the original purchaser 50% of the sale price on any merchandise purchased within 12 months of the loan request. All merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased. Purchaser must produce the original sales receipt at the same time of the loan request. After 12 months the loan value of items purchased will be at the discretion of King’s Jewelry and Loan.
Legal Remedies – In the event legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney fees and cost.
